- Corrosion resistance: high borosilicate 3.4 glass is one kind of borosilicate glass, which is resistant to acid and alkali, and has excellent corrosion resistance.
- High temperature resistance: Comparing with the PC optical lens, its thermal expansion coefficient is lower and has good thermal stability. The temperature of optical surface changes little, retaining the original optical lighting effects.
- High light transmittance: It’s waste to get only 85% lighting transmittance for regular CP optical lens; The new glass optical lens can reach95% lighting transmittance, and even reach 99% lighting transmittance with the anti-reflection coating.
- Compared with the PC lens, glass lens wil not aging/yellowing phenomenon, which affecting the lens of transmittance.
- Compared with the CP lens,glass lens will not absorb dust and easy to clean.
